1. Acceptance

By using HesabNa, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What HesabNa Does

HesabNa is a bill-splitting tool. We scan receipts, split costs, and generate payment links. We do not process payments — all actual money transfers happen through third-party services (InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Telda).

3. Your Responsibilities

• Only scan receipts for bills you are actually part of
• Ensure the payment information you enter is accurate
• Do not use HesabNa for any illegal purpose

4. Accuracy

AI-based receipt scanning may occasionally make errors. Always verify the extracted amounts before sharing payment links.

5. Limitation of Liability

HesabNa is not responsible for payment disputes between users. We are not a financial institution and do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party payment services.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of HesabNa after changes constitutes acceptance.
